How To Steam
Remove Steamers from bag
Boil water & herbs
Pour portion in yoni pot
Wave you hand over the herbal water to make sure it's not too hot
Sit on the seat with steaming water
Cover yourself from your waist down to the floor (make sure no steam escapes)
Keep socks or slippers on
You should feel warm rolling heat for about 10-15 min
Once water cools pour yoni portion in the toilet

When Not To Steam
Do NOT steam if you are pregnant or even if you think you might be pregnant.
Do NOT steam if cancer is present anywhere in the body
Do NOT ever steam when you’re actively menstruating.
Do NOT steam with any active infection.
IUDs. The main concern is that the medicinal herbs could cause the uterus to contract, which could potentially cause problems with the placement of the IUD. Talk to a trained practitioner to learn more and see if steaming would be a good option for you.
